KEITH DOWLING: our Spring Lake location Service Manager since 2002. In the auto business in West MI for over 10 years, Keith is well liked & trusted by customers & employees.

RICHARD WINKELMAN: our Spring Lake Service Advisor, assists Keith with customer satisfaction. Rich worked as a ASE Certified Technician for 14 years so, now up front at the counter, he has the experience to understand your auto service needs. He is liked by customers and staff.

DOUG BURNS: our Head Technician in Spring Lake, Doug is a ASE Certified Master Technician with over 30 years experence. He works on both gas and diesel, from domestic to foreign vehicles. His skilled work on drive-ability, eletrical, and A/C, is a great asset to our company!

JEFF SAWINSKI: our Grand Haven Store Manager, Jeff is an ASE Certified Consultant & Parts Specialist, & a MI Certified Technician. In the auto business in West Michigan since 1981, he brings much experience and innovation to our business.

STEVE STEFANASKI: in our Grand Haven store, is a Certified Customer Service Advisor. Steve is also a State Certified Auto Technician since 1992. Steve is very knowledgeable and people friendly.

BRETT SWANSON: is Grand Haven’s ASE Certified Auto Technician and a Certified Master Technician with the State of MI. Experienced in both foreign and domestic auto repair. Brett is very precise with details, he has been working on cars since the late 1980s.
